Ovid MEDLINE (1960-2021), Embase (1960-2021), and Web of Science (1960-2021) were utilized to extract data from screened standard articles. Excluding case reports, all other study types were included in the analysis.

English-language studies from the United States, evaluating postpartum opioid prescribing or use changes within eight weeks after birth, were included in the analysis, considering interventions started after birth. Abstracts and full-text articles were independently screened for eligibility, and data was extracted and study quality evaluated using the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) tool; risk of bias was determined with the Institutes of Health Quality Assessment Tools.
Of the total studies considered, 24 met the stipulated inclusion criteria. To decrease postpartum opioid use, sixteen studies looked at interventions implemented during the patient's hospital stay, and ten investigations analyzed strategies for reducing opioid prescriptions following discharge. Using the Nicotiana benthamiana and Nicotiana tabacum plant platforms, three key immune checkpoint inhibitors—anti-PD-1 Nivolumab, anti-NKG2A Monalizumab, and anti-LAG-3 Relatimab—were successfully transiently expressed. Various Fc regions and glycosylation profiles were combined to express the ICIs. Defining characteristics of these were protein accumulation levels, target cell binding affinities, binding to human neonatal Fc receptors (hFcRn), human complement component C1q (hC1q) and diverse Fc receptors, as well as the yield of protein recovery at 100mg and kg scales throughout the purification process.
