Logistic regression was utilized to explore the link between baseline/postoperative clinicopathological factors and the occurrence of positive nonsentinel additional axillary lymph nodes (non-SLN+). LASSO regression (LR) analysis was applied to identify the relevant variables for a predictive model of non-SLN+ (ALND-predict).
